Detection methods for different process deviations.

Traditional liquid particle counting test instruments can only obtain basic information about the number of particles but cannot obtain particle images, and the lower test limit can only reach about 1um. With the development of image processing technology and the improvement of computer processing speed, it is difficult to detect a large number of particles in a short time.

Image processing is possible.

W-3000 uses advanced vision technology to perform high-resolution imaging of particles in liquids, and can obtain images of all particles in the test liquid. It not only realizes morphological testing and analysis of particles from 300nm to 1000um, but also achieves absolute and relative counting of particles.
