D-5000

The Xun Series D-5000 is a wet and dry two-in-one dynamic image analyzer built by Mipu Technology for complex sample scenarios. It deeply integrates machine vision, image recognition and particle characterization, achieving a leap from "measuring particle size" to "recognizing morphology and classifying types".

The instrument has a built-in customizable morphology classification model. Users can establish different particle category databases (such as spheres, flakes, needles, agglomerates, etc.) according to industry standards or internal quality control requirements. D-5000 automatically identifies the type of each particle during the measurement process, and outputs the number proportion, volume proportion and particle size distribution of each type of particle.

Whether it is dry powder, slurry, emulsion or easily agglomerated samples, D-5000 can complete the entire process of "dispersion + imaging + identification + classification" with one click.
